Founder & President

Christopher Byrne is the Founder and President of DC Social Collective (DSC), which he launched in May 2021 in response to a growing need for authentic connection during the COVID pandemic. With a background in marketing, communications, and event production, Christopher has grown DSC into one of the region’s most dynamic communities for young adults, hosting premier events across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

As President, Christopher leads all aspects of the organization—from curating unforgettable events to managing marketing, partnerships, fundraising, and brand strategy. His work includes coordinating with venues, sponsors, and volunteers, as well as overseeing DSC’s social media presence and public engagement.

Christopher’s bold vision, magnetic personality, and bulletproof confidence have made him a driving force behind DSC’s rapid growth. His ability to blend strategy with style creates spaces where young professionals can build community, celebrate life, and dance under the stars.

Director of Outreach and Development

Christopher Adams serves as the Director of Outreach and Development for the DC Social Collective (DSC), one of the region’s most vibrant communities for young adults. With a background in real estate, marketing, and community engagement, Christopher brings a strong network and a results-driven approach to growing DSC’s reach and impact across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

In his role, Christopher leads efforts to expand DSC’s partnerships, sponsorships, and membership base while fostering meaningful connections with local organizations, venues, and community leaders. He works closely with the leadership team to plan high-quality events, develop creative fundraising strategies, and enhance DSC’s visibility through targeted outreach and strategic collaborations.

Known for his ability to connect people and create opportunities, Christopher blends professionalism with a welcoming, approachable style. His vision is to ensure DSC remains a place where young professionals can not only network but also build genuine friendships, support one another’s goals, and enjoy the best of the DC social scene.

Brand Ambassador

Riley Park became a DC Social Collective (DSC) brand ambassador in June 2025 after attending his third event, the Summer Soirée. With a background in education, linguistics, travel, and project management, he brings a dynamic blend of charisma, leadership, and cultural fluency to the DSC community.

As an ambassador, he’s passionate about creating spaces where young adults can step out of their comfort zones, connect meaningfully, and thrive socially. His experience as an educator working with diverse students and colleagues allows him to relate to a wide audience and foster inclusive, engaging environments.

Known for his extroverted energy, multilingual skills, and love for music and dancing, Riley brings both vision and vibrancy to every event. His goal is to help others experience the same joy and connection that first drew him to DSC.

Brand Ambassador

Nico Ozioli became a DC Social Collective (DSC) brand ambassador in July 2026 after regularly attending events hosted by DSC in the year prior. Nico is a Northern Virginia native, with both familial, cultural, and academic ties to the area, as well as Appalachia Virginia, and the New England region. As a Christian, he seeks to enable others to feel that they are loved and that they belong.

As an ambassador, he is a proponent of fearless authenticity, driven by his faith in God. He strives to ensure that all in the community feel seen, and that each individual has the confidence to pursue the best version of him or herself.

Known for his charisma, humor, and storytelling, Nico finds both peace and happiness and utilizing these outlets to create and foster a refreshing warmth in the DSC community.
