We’re kicking things off with a laid-back salsa lesson from Jude Moukarzel and Tara Vides of Inspira Dance. It’s low-pressure, high energy, and made to get everyone out on the floor.
8:30 PM — Two Levels, Nonstop Music
Main Tasting Room (Upstairs): Max Rosado’s Latin band brings the fire with salsa, bachata, and cumbia.
Barrel Room (Downstairs): A Latin DJ keeps the vibe alive with high-energy beats.

Meet Max Rosado & the 7th St. Band
Born and raised in Puerto Rico and now based in Washington, D.C., Max Rosado is a powerhouse Latin vocalist who’s shared the stage with legends like Luisito Carrión, Jerry Rivera, Rey Ruiz, and El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico. Over the past 15 years, he’s lit up stages from Puerto Rico to London, earned Top 5 spots on major salsa charts, and even contributed vocals to a Latin Grammy-winning album. With his award-winning voice, electric stage presence, and a setlist blending salsa classics with original hits, Max Rosado and the 7th St. Band guarantee a dance floor you won’t want to leave.

We’ve got full access to the entire property—including both levels of the winery (Main Tasting Room and Barrel Room), the Production Barn, and the scenic patio areas.
Grab a glass and kick things off at our cocktail hour, flowing from the outdoor Barrel Room patio to the Production Barn and beyond. Mingle, sip, and take in the vineyard views before the dancing heats up.
